Waste Collection

H Domestic is now a registered (EAN/940906 /CB) carrier of controlled household waste. Free collection and disposal of all your household waste (non recycled waste and recycled waste), collected at a time convenient to you.

Just call H Domestic to arrange a collection (01223 475655). A minimum of two H Domestic refuse bags per collection. Collections of 10 bags or more by prior arrangement, please contact customer services to advise (01223 475655).

H Domestic recycled waste refuse sacks must be used at all times. No collection of any other bags will be accepted. The H bags must be securely tied with ties supplied.

H Domestic recycled waste refuse sacks come in 4 colours - blue bags (same as council blue box), green bags (same as council green wheelie bin), black bags (same as council black wheelie bin) and yellow bags ( same as council black box) and are charged at £2.50 per bag above 10 bags ordered below 10 bags charged @£3.95 per bag all bags delivered free to your door.

All plastic bottles, squashed with lids removed (lids in yellow bags)

All cooked and uncooked waste food including stale bread, vegetable peelings, meat, fish, dairy and bones (wrap in newspaper or paper bags)
Grass and hedge cuttings
Plants and weeds
Bark and untreated wood
Shredded paper
Brown envelopes (plastic window removed)
Brown paper and coloured craft paper
Cardboard (e.g. cereal boxes, egg boxes, corrugated cardboard)
Phonebooks and Yellow Pages

Newspapers, magazines, junk mail, white paper and white envelopes

YELLOW BAGS (same as council black box)

Only rubbish that cannot be recycled. No rubble, bricks or very heavy items. If your bag is too heavy it may not be possible to collect it.
